Action Framework
Proposed Solutions & Action Matrix
We believe in honest student representation. We do not make false promises of instant fixes; instead, we map every student concern to the appropriate channel and follow up relentlessly.

- Hands-on open-source and cloud workshops led by seniors and alumni.

- Peer academic tutoring and resource archiving.
Departmental Representation
What requires Head of Department & Faculty coordination
- Advance notice policies for mid-term tests and circulars.
- Computer lab hardware audit & IDE toolchain upgrades.
- Elective subject selection clarity and curriculum timetables.
- Departmental project showcases and internal hackathons.
University & Administrative Representation
What involves University Deans, TPO, and Central Committees
- Training & Placement Officer (TPO) campus recruitment drives.
- Course accreditation and formal regulatory clarifications (e.g. AICTE).
- Library tech books acquisition and 24/7 digital lab access permissions.
- Infrastructure repairs and campus connectivity enhancements.
Our Representation Pledge
Every issue submitted by students will be documented, categorized, and brought to the relevant authorities with written proposals. We will update the progress timeline on the public tracker whether the resolution is immediate, under discussion, or requires further follow-up.
