Transparency Manifesto

We cannot promise that every issue will be resolved immediately. We can promise to document concerns accurately, pursue appropriate university channels, communicate progress, and report outcomes honestly.

Our Operational Standards

1. Privacy & Anonymity by Default

Providing your name and email address is completely optional. Submissions are kept strictly private unless you explicitly opt in to anonymous public sharing.

2. Zero Private Contact Leakage

Student email addresses, phone numbers, and identifying details are never published on the public tracker or displayed in public API responses.

3. Responsible Editorial Moderation

All incoming submissions undergo moderation before publication. We do not publish unsubstantiated personal attacks, confidential exam contents, or offensive remarks.

4. Distinction Between Proposals & Outcomes

We never advertise proposed approaches as guaranteed outcomes. Progress is documented honestly with dated timeline logs and official administrative responses.

How a Student Submission Becomes a Tracked Issue

01
Student Submission ReceivedEach submission generates a unique tracking Reference ID (e.g. #STU-8F29A) and is securely stored in our encrypted database.
02
Moderation & Verification ReviewThe team checks for duplicate issues, removes any sensitive personal information, and groups similar concerns from other students.
03
Action Proposal FormulationWe prepare a structured requisition document outlining student impact and realistic action steps.
04
Official Administrative RepresentationThe concern is presented to the designated faculty coordinator, HOD, Dean, or Central Committee.
05
Public Progress LoggingDated updates are posted to the issue progress timeline so all students can inspect what actions have been taken.

Editorial & Moderation Policy

The ecsot platform is dedicated to constructive student representation. Submissions containing discriminatory language, targeted harassment of individual professors or students, or false allegations without factual basis will be rejected during moderation.
